 I am very conscious of the many budget constraints people have to work with, so I do have a standard approach you can use to compare to other cleaners. Please keep in mind your situation may be unique, but this should serve as a starting point for any comparisons. For regular customers, I do an initial deep cleaning, which I generally charge either a flat $50/hour per person of my crew, or up to $0.50/square foot of cleaning (all depending on the situation and requirements). Generally these visits have been anywhere from $400 to $700 just as a rough order of magnitude estimate. Then after that, it is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For a standard 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, a standard rate is $130/visit on a weekly basis, $150 if bi-weekly, and $180 if monthly. Again, these rates assume there are no special considerations.
