As one of the most flexible cleaning services in Southern New Hampshire/Eastern Massachusetts, I can travel anywhere in my service area (see my Yelp service map). That said, I am available to travel outside this area, and also can set you up with a trusted cleaner to handle your needs. As my business grows, I hope to expand my service area to include a much larger area.
Yes, I am bonded, and insured through Point Insurance. This should give you confidence and peace of mind when Alves Professional Cleaning Inc comes to your home or facility. I have also passed various background investigations for gig apps such as Handy.
Nothing at all. Submit an online form, and I can organize a preliminary free quote to determine the right cleaning service for your needs. To provide an exact quote, it is best to arrange an in person meeting at your house so I can see first hand what you need.
I am very conscious of the many budget constraints people have to work with, so I do have a standard approach you can use to compare to other cleaners. Please keep in mind your situation may be unique, but this should serve as a starting point for any comparisons. For regular customers, I do an initial deep cleaning, which I generally charge either a flat $50/hour per person of my crew, or up to $0.50/square foot of cleaning (all depending on the situation and requirements). Generally these visits have been anywhere from $450 to $900 just as a rough order of magnitude estimate for a standard 3 bedroom, 2 bath house (larger houses can be up to $1,500). Kitchens and appliances in there, and bathrooms, can also drive the price up. This deep clean will make your house seem totally new. Then after that, it is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For an example, consider a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, a standard rate is $130/visit on a weekly basis, $150 if bi-weekly, and $210 if monthly. Again, these rates assume there are no special considerations for a roughly 1800 sqft house.
You are welcome to utilize any cleaning services you find. For your protection though, please make sure they are bonded and insured. That is an additional expense that I must cover with my prices, but for your peace of mind, I encourage you to ask them about their insurance status. Also, I am an above board business, and I have tax responsibilities that are also part of my business model. While it may put me at a pricing disadvantage against cleaners who work under the table, it is my responsibility to be a contributing member of the business community. I will work with you as best as I can, but I do want you to be aware of some limitations that I am working under compared to some other businesses that are out there. And I make sure my level of service also matches these greater expenses.
First I like to do a site survey in order to give you the most accurate quote possible. This also serves as an initial meeting. It should only take 20 minutes. And helps me learn exactly what it is that you want done and what your focus areas are. I then set up a "deep cleaning" where I clean (depending on your needs) the walls, moldings, baseboards, get inside cabinets, clean the oven, the refrigerator, inside windows, etc. I do this with a crew of cleaners, and we spend most of the day. In addition to cleaning, it also helps me get to know your house. After that, we can set up a cleaning schedule that meets your needs and budget. You can have me clean every week, bi-weekly, or only once a month.
The deep cleaning is more than just a cleaning. I make sure to get to know every nook and cranny of your home, and clean in areas others may not have considered. I also perform an oven cleaning in the kitchen, which most cleaners don't do. I also do general tidying up and organizing. When I am done, I want you to feel as if you have a brand new house. The deep cleaning is a first step to setting up your regular visits.
Once you are onboarded, there are a few things to keep in mind. As I am giving you an estimate for cleaning services at a certain point in time, and I strive to maintain a long lasting relationship with you, there will need to be a 5% price increase each year. This mainly covers gas, supplies, and labor costs increasing year to year. Also, if I have you set up at a specific interval, and you cancel multiple appointments, I may be forced to apply the rate for the greater interval. For instance, if you have a weekly rate of $160, but you cancel weekly appointments, the price may need to reflect the bi-weekly ($180) or monthly rate ($350) depending on how habitually cancellations happen. I understand unforeseen events, and would not impose this for occasional instances. Again, this reflects the labor needed to deal with things that accumulate over time.
I accept checks, cash, and Venmo. If none of those methods work for you, I am sure we can come up with a method that will work for you.
As a highly experienced cleaner, I am able to provide the following services:
